Hello registered WatchTVPro user,

When the download with your user data does not function, you should consider the following tips:

• You have to be activated by the administration. You receive an activation email as confirmation! The activation does not go automatically, so there can be some delay.
• Use no download manager
• In the download area you have to pay attention to upper and lower case characters .
• Please use only the login data provided in your download account activation email or the last working password if you changed it someday.
• Don't use the password of the shop or the forum. It will not work inside download area.
